Once you have received your order, please double check your order is correct and is the exact item(s) you purchased. If there is any errors or quality issues refer to our returns page and we will fix the issue right away.

Package Lost In Mail

If your package is lost in transit please contact us right away and we will re-ship your whole order again to you. Your tracking number that is provided should state package was lost which we will be able to verify. If your tracking number states that it was delivered to the shipping address that was on your order, we cannot refund or re-ship the order as we cannot take responsibility for a missing package. You will have to check with your carrier and see if they placed it in a different location or are holding it because you weren't able to receive it. It is very important to double check that your shipping address is 100% correct so these types of issues don't happen.

Undeliverable Address

If your order was sent to an address that is deemed undeliverable it will be returned back to us and then you will be responsible for covering the re-shipping costs. Again please double check your address is correct before we ship.

Quality/Size Issues

If there is anything wrong with the quality, received the wrong size or design in your order please contact us right away and we will re-ship your item(s) no problem once your return is started. If you do not like the item(s), just don't want your item(s), or the item(s) don't fit we cannot issue a refund or exchange due to all items being made to order. We ask you double check your size with our size charts and make sure you order the correct design and color you want. Please refer to our returns page for more details and information.
