Welcome to our FAQ'S page where we try to answer mainly the common questions that we get asked the most. If for some reason you didn't get the answer you needed or have your own questions you need answered.

We would rather you be 100% confident in us rather than have you be unsure and we lose out on starting a great business relationship with you. 

 

1. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Every shirt and hoodie is made to order which usually take 2-7 business days. Once your order is completed it will be shipped using one of the main shipping carriers for another 2-4 business days. Please allow the maximum time for orders, however we usually get orders out the door faster which means you will receive your order sooner then expected.

Remember we cannot fully guarantee an exact delivery date as there are too many variables that could delay your order. We will provide you with a tracking number in which you can track via one of the shipping carriers websites to get a more specific date.

 

2. WHY HASN'T MY ORDER SHIPPED OUT IN THE STANDARD TIME?

There may be some delays when there is a sudden, large influx of orders. Also, there might have been delays while making your item(s) and or shipping carriers, so this can add a few days to your order's processing time. Each product is made to order so we try to have each order made and shipped out the door as fast as we can. Please keep in mind we are a small company doing all the leg work but we do our best to make sure your happy.

4. I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, BUT I ACCIDENTALLY PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We process our orders very quickly. If you gave us an incorrect shipping address it’s very important that you send us an e-mail as quickly as possible with the incorrect address, order number and the shipping address that you would like it changed to. There’s no guarantee that we’ll be able to switch out the address before the package leaves our hands, but we’ll try our best. So please double check your shipping address is correct before you place an order.

 

5. DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Yes, we ship to just about anywhere in the world. Most countries are not a problem, however some may take longer for shipping then others. 

 

6. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

7. WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Shirt Flavor offers several payment options for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. We also take PayPal, Shop Pay and store credit via Shirt Flavor E-Gift Cards.

 

8. WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTEE?

We offer a full guarantee of your satisfaction. We want you to be completely happy with your order and never have a negative experience with using our store. We will do our best to make sure we accomplish this goal and work with you on any errors, unsatisfactory orders or issues that you've occurred.

 

9. HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you would like to cancel or make any changes to your order, Please immediately email your request and Order number to Support@SHIRTFLAVOR.COM 

In the event of canceled order request, you will receive a refund confirmation email once your order has been canceled.
*Please note: Refund payments may take 3-5 business days depending on your card issuer's policies.*

 

10. SOMETHING IS MISSING OR WRONG WITH MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered item(s) immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact us immediately. Please read our return and policy page for further information. Returns/Refunds

(Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 72 HOURS of delivery. If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue a refund or store credit. Please email Returns@Shirtflavor.com.com for assistance.)

 

11. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping rates or service may vary based on the weight of your package and the location you would like package shipped to. Shirt Flavor offers FREE standard shipping when you spend $75+ (Offer valid to U.S ONLY) Discounts not valid on purchases of gift cards or e-gift cards, applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges. Customers will receive a follow-up email confirmation with tracking information once order has been shipped.

 

12. HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our location, you will receive another email with tracking information that can be tracked via one of the shipping carriers websites.

 

13. I'M AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, CAN I STILL START A RETURN?

To avoid unnecessary and potentially costly return shipping, please contact us our Support Team (Returns@Shirtflavor.com) before returning an item. There are special circumstances that may limit our ability to accept or process a return from an international location, however, we will do our best to accommodate your return request. Please note that we are not responsible for returns until they reach our return location.

 

14. DO YOU HAVE A PHONE NUMBER?

At the moment Shirt Flavor does not have a phone number to be reached at. We are working on setting up further assistance via phone, messenger and possibly social media platforms. As we continue to add to and update our website we will provide any additional contacts we add as soon as we can. But for the current moment email and/or our message form are the ways of communication.

 

15. WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH CONTESTS AND GIVEAWAYS?

At Shirt Flavor we want to engage with our customers and offer cool prizes for the contests we will hold as well as do some giveaways. We will keep you updated as of when and how to enter any that will be held. Trust us we are going to have all types of prizes, from free t-shirts to actual gift cards and possibly even cash prizes. So stay tuned!

 

16. CAN I BUY ITEMS IN BULK AT A DISCOUNT PRICE?

Yes of course you can!

Almost all of our products are eligible for bulk discounts, with the exception of some items depending on availability.

What you should know:

  • You're eligible for a discount if you order at least 25 of the SAME item (example - 25 T-Shirts, 25 Hoodies, 25 AOP T-Shirts or Hoodies)
  • Feel free to mix product sizes, colors, and designs!
  • The discount will be applied to the agreed price but will exclude any additional discount codes to the total price.
  • The % off depends on the items and the amount you order —the bigger the order, the greater the discount!

17. WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR T-SHIRTS AND HOODIES?

Great question! All of our t-shirts and hoodies are made with high quality premium cotton, with some including more materials like polyester and others. It's not just any old regular t-shirts or hoodies you buy from Walmart or off of Amazon. We're not saying it's the greatest ever but we tried to get the best materials available at an affordable price. Next we pride ourselves with our high resolution printing ink, we use Kornit Water-based and NeoPigment inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on adult's and children’s clothing and will reduce environmental waste. Below is some further detailed information about the inks, process and care for our items.

We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options. We use high-quality inks that won't fade for a long time if taken care of properly.

Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process. So we suggest following the care instructions on the purchased item to learn how to take care of your printed garments properly.

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

18. WILL YOU SEND ME A TRACKING NUMBER WITH MY ORDER?

Yes, we will send you an email confirmation of your order and an email will be sent as soon as your order ships along with a tracking number. You can check our Basic Tracking Info page for a quick detailed explanation. 

19. HOW DO I CHECK MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Great question! You can copy and use your tracking number right here on our website and or use your email with your order number to track any and all of your packages in real time. Click our TRACK YOUR ORDER link to view the page or from our drop down menu.
